Whether it’s a variation of one of my works, or an idea completely conceived by you, I would love to talk with you about how I can help hand-make some happiness for you. To get the conversation started, please review the guidelines below & submit a custom order request form.
Guidelines for Custom Orders:
Please complete a custom order request form to give me the information needed to begin drafting the design & pricing supplies. I will then reach out to you within five business days to discuss next steps.
I do not make exact replicas of other artists’ work. I am happy to look at photos of other artists’ works to understand the inspiration for your piece & will aim to incorporate elements to create something that you love & that represents myself as an artist.
Unless, it is approved to be reproduced by the creator (e.g. patterns or techniques that give permission to makers to sell what is produced). I will also create pieces using techniques that are so embedded in the craft that attributing it to one creator is nearly impossible (e.g. a half granny square shawl).
Pricing for custom orders varies greatly based on the size, materials, & complexity of the piece. With the information submitted in your request form, I’ll provide you with an estimated price in our initial design conversation. If I need to adjust the price for any reason, I will discuss with you before proceeding. If the piece requires significant materials cost, I will invoice you for materials up front, otherwise, you will be invoiced when the piece is complete.
